Evo Health Club

Welcome to Evo Health Club. By becoming a member, using our facilities, or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Membership

​

1.1 Eligibility

​

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors (aged 16-17) may join with parental or guardian consent.

 

1.2 Membership Types

​

We offer various membership options. Specific terms, including fees and access rights, are outlined in your membership agreement.

 

1.3 Membership Fees

​

Membership fees must be paid in advance, either fortnightly, monthly or annually.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

 

1.4 Changes and Cancellations

​

Members may request changes to their membership type or cancel their membership by providing 14 days' written notice.

Evo Health Club reserves the right to modify membership fees and terms with 14 days' notice.

2. Facility Use

​

2.1 Access

​

Membership grants you access to designated areas during operating hours.

Members must present a valid membership card or ID upon entry.

 

2.2 Conduct

​

Members must behave respectfully and follow all posted rules.

The use of facilities is at your own risk. Evo Health Club is not liable for injuries or accidents unless caused by our negligence.

 

2.3 Health and Safety

​

Members must complete a health declaration form upon joining.

If you have any medical conditions, consult a doctor before participating in activities.

3. Classes and Services

​

Class schedules are subject to change. Booking may be required for some classes.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid penalties.

Personal training sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

4. Payments and Billing

​

4.1 Payment Methods

​

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or direct debit.

 

4.2 Late Payments

​

Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of membership privileges.

 

4.3 Refunds

​

Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances and at Evo Health Club’s discretion.

5. Privacy

​

Evo Health Club collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

​

Evo Health Club is not liable for:

Personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

Injuries, accidents, or health conditions resulting from facility use, unless caused by our negligence.

7. Termination

​

Evo Health Club reserves the right to terminate membership or deny access for:

Breaches of these terms and conditions.

Unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

​

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website or at the reception desk.
